  1. How do I make a purchase?
    All you need to do is to register, you can register here.
    Registration is simple and free.
    Once you are registered, you will be able to make your order.


  2. Is there a minimum order amount requirement?
    Yes, the minimum order amount requirement is $199 USD only.


  3. Is there a minimum quantity requirement (MOQ)? Can I order samples? (one of each).
    We are not selling samples. As we sell wholesale only, we expect all wholesale orders to look as such.


  4. Do you offer volume discounts?
    Yes, we do offer volume discounts, details:

    • Over $799 USD - 5% OFF! (+FREE Express Shipping)
    • Over $1,999 USD - 8% OFF! (+FREE Express Shipping)
    • Over $4,999 USD - 12% OFF! (+FREE Express Shipping)
    • Additional 5% discount for all orders paid for by bank transfer.

    Certain orders may get excluded from the free shipping promotion retroactively depending on the situation.


  5. Which payment methods do you accept?
    We accept the following payment methods:
    • Credit/ Debit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and nearly all other card issuers or banks.
    • Paypal: PayPal account funded or with credit/ debit card.
    • Bank Wire Transfer TT: The bank transfer details will be provided during checkout.

    We may also be able to accept payment methods not listed above.
    Therefore, if the payment method that you prefer is not available, please feel free to contact us.


  6. I would like to purchase an item but it is out of stock.
    When should I expect it to be available again?
    In general, we are always reproducing out of stock products regularly.
    In case you need specific out of stock products, please email us a request for them and we will prioritize their reproduction.
    In some cases, the products will already be in production and in such a case, we will let you know too.

    We highly recommend that if you need "Sold Out" products, to place a production order for them as soon as possible. We will then produce and deliver them to you as soon as we can.


  7. After purchasing a product, I discovered that there was no demand for it in my market.
    In this case, can I return it for a refund or exchange?
    Is there any time limit for making returns?

    For products purchased on our website only, as long as the product is in its original packaging, you can always return it for a full refund, store credit or exchange.


  8. Does your website show all of the products in your catalog?
    Do you provide a printed catalog as well?

    Our website showcases only a limited selection of our products.
    Due to the large number of designs that we have and that we are creating on an ongoing basis, we are unable to always keep the website up-to-date.

    However, registered customers will receive email updates of our latest products regularly.
    We do not provide printed catalogs (we prefer to leave the trees as they are).


  9. Do you offer opening & producing models according to customer requests?
    What will you need for this?
    Can I get exclusivity?

    Yes, we can create or open new designs or models for you.
    Yes, we offer exclusivity.

    We have customers who work with us for over 25 years with their exclusive models.
    For new designs or models, we need physical samples or detailed drawings or pictures.

    For exclusive models, a new master & mold fee of approximately $40 USD to $80 USD or more depending on the design will apply.
    This fee will not apply for non-exclusive models.

    • The minimum order quantity is 30 pieces per product/ design/ color for all products except rings.
    • For rings, the minimum order quantity is 10 pieces per size and 80 pieces for the entire ring model.
    • These minimums can in some cases increase depending on the design.


  10. Is there a case where you are unable to accept an order?
    Unfortunately, yes, this is possible.

    We do reserve the right to unfortunately and with a heavy heart cancel orders in unforeseen cases that may affect our obligations.
    If this happens, we will explain the reason(s) by email and issue a full refund for the payment.
