We do accept production or manufacturing orders, custom design or OEM orders and any other special production requests.
Production Time: Approximately 6 to 8 weeks depending on the order’s size and time of the year.
Payment: A 30% to 50% payment deposit is required before the production begins.
The balance will be due after the production is complete and before the products are shipped.
If you prefer to make a one-time payment, you can also make the payment in full before the production begins.
Below are our production options, please review them and select the best option for you according to your requirements as a designer, wholesaler or retailer.
1. Regular Production and Non-Exclusive Designs
For the production of models that are found on our website or your designs without exclusivity agreement.
- No master or mold fees (No initial fees)
- Low Minimum Order Quantity:
- For rings, the MOQ is 8 pieces for each ring size, 40 pieces overall.
- For pendants, earrings or other products types, the MOQ is 30 pieces per product or design.
2. Exclusive Models Production or OEM
For jewelry designers or artists who own their own designs, we can produce your special designs for you exclusively.
- We will need physical samples, detailed drawings or pictures.
- A new master & mold fee of approximately $40 USD to $120 USD or more depending on the design will also apply. This fee does not apply for non-exclusive models.
- Low Minimum Order Quantity:
- For rings, the MOQ is 12 pieces for each ring size, 60 pieces overall.
- For pendants, earrings or other products types, the MOQ is 40 pieces per product or design.

Important Note:
- The minimum order quantity requirements can sometimes change depending on the weight and shape of the products or designs to be produced.
- For Non-Exclusive Designs, the master and mold fees will not be charged whenever we are able to carry the designs in our stock.
- As a manufacturing service provider, our quotes and estimates are influenced by the current global silver price on the day of estimate (quotation) or payment of a production deposit.
